Privacy Policy

Aestately is pre-launch. Today this website does one thing: it collects a waitlist. This policy describes that, and nothing else. We do not have customers, we do not operate a product, and we hold no patient data of any kind.
What we collect
When you request an invitation, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your work email address
- What kind of practice you run
- How many providers you have
- What software you use today
That is the whole list. We do not collect patient information, health information, or payment details, and the waitlist form is not capable of receiving them. Please do not send us any patient information.
Why we collect it
To email you when the founding cohort opens, and to understand who is asking for the product so we build the right thing. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Who else touches it
Your details are stored with Twilio SendGrid, our email provider, who processes them on our behalf so we can send you that email. The site is hosted on Vercel. That is the complete list of processors for this website.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we abandon the product — whichever comes first. There is an unsubscribe link in every email we send, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Getting it back, or getting rid of it
Email privacy@aestately.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.
