Terms
Last updated 14 July 2026
These terms cover this website and the waitlist. They are short because there is not much happening yet: Aestately is pre-launch, is not available for sale, and you are not buying anything.
What this page is
A description of software we are building. Everything described on this site is in development. Features may change, ship late, or not ship at all. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee that any particular capability will exist.
Pricing
The $179/month figure is our current intention, stated in good faith. It is not yet a binding price, because there is nothing to buy. If it changes before launch, we will tell the waitlist rather than quietly edit the page.
Aestately is not a medical provider
Aestately is practice management software, not medical software. It does not provide medical advice, does not evaluate the clinical adequacy of documentation, and does not replace the clinical judgment of a licensed provider.
Aestately does not provide legal or regulatory advice. Scope-of-practice rules, medical-director requirements, and Good Faith Exam requirements vary by state and change frequently. Consult a licensed healthcare attorney in your state.
About HIPAA
We describe Aestately as HIPAA-ready, meaning it is being designed to support a covered entity’s HIPAA compliance. We do not claim to be “HIPAA compliant” or “HIPAA certified” — no such certification exists, and compliance is a status of your practice, not of a piece of software.
Signing a Business Associate Agreement with us, when one is available, will not by itself make your practice HIPAA compliant. Your policies, training, risk analysis, and oversight remain yours.
Do not send us patient information
The waitlist form is not a secure channel and is not covered by any Business Associate Agreement. Do not enter patient names, health information, or any other protected health information into this site.
